At Freedom, teachers blend "old school" teaching methods with relevant delivery. Looking at the teaching methods of the greatest master teacher himself, Jesus Christ, the New Testament teaching model prepares teachers in the 21st century to develop mastery in teaching the Word of God.
II Timothy 2:2 explains it well, "And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others."
One of the missions of Freedoms' Bible Ministries is to qualify those to teach others. The Teacher Cadre is a mentoring program designed to develop our teacher's knowledge and abilities to articulate Biblical understanding, to effectively use relevant teaching methods (as demonstrated in the New Testament teaching model), and utilize discipleship practices that cause spiritual growth in our church membership.
The Teacher Cadre is led by Allison Farnsworth, credentialed to teach and lead through biblical and administrative education and practical experience in classrooms in and outside of Freedom Fellowship. More importantly, Allison's calling and role in the Kingdom is to bring others into a deep understanding of the Truth and its' implications on a believer's life as well as equipping believers to impact the Kingdom of God.
Only current teachers/leaders of Freedom Fellowship and those in Level three of FBI are invited to participate in the Teacher Cadre at this time.
If you are interested in joining the Bible Discipleship Team, with or without previous teaching experience, submit a form found in the Home tab.
The Cadre Class:

Format: Small-group (6 members for each cadre).
Textbook: The Bible (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John)
Next session: TBA
